Announcing the Launch Of Our New Website

We are very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website. Please visit us at and check out our new look and feel. After close to 6 months of meticulous work and dedication, we are tickled pink to officially launch our new site.

New Site Goals

Our goal with this new website is to make it faster, easier to navigate, more user-friendly, secure, and loaded with self-help FAQs. We hope to provide our visitors a fast and easier way to learn about us and our products and services (very clearly and thoroughly) and to browse any desired information based on their own choice. The new website gives better access to all of this in a new clean, modern, and fresh look.


We made the decision a long time ago to keep our site “information only” meaning we do not store client data on our website as many other services do to ensure the utmost in security in the event of hack or security breach. Our applications are all 3rd party encrypted, our ECN back office is the same, and our client data is stored securely offline. That said, we still built the website with SSL security.

New Account Applications

We have also updated our application form to be extremely easy for clients to complete, while allowing us to collect the data we need to satisfy our compliance/KYC/AML requirements. There is now one application for all clients (personal, join, corporate, trust, pension etc…). While the application itself is a bit slow in loading and booking data (due to double encryption), it’s very quick to complete and most personal applications take <4 mins on average.

A Special Note to IBs

If you are using an affiliate link to introduce your clients, please note that if you link to our old “Open An Account” page, that that has now been updated to our “Getting Started” page. You may need to update any such links if you are using them in any of your materials or websites. Please contact us if you require additional help with this.

Self-Help Support Throughout

One of the new features the site contains, is an integrated Self-help / FAQ / Knowledge Center. Basic related FAQs are found on the bottom of almost every page and an in depth support page has been compiled here to save clients loads of time in having to contact our support (although we are still always here for you if you need us – and really fast!). Many of our clients much prefer fast self-help.
